Our Program
A Journey of Clarity, Credibility, and Real World Impact
Impactor is not just a learning experience: it's a transformation.
Over the course of one year, you’ll develop the mindset, tools, presence, and business foundation to step into your next chapter as a mentor, advisor, or thought leader.
The program blends expert led sessions, hands on practice, peer collaboration, and real life immersion to help you create a practice that is not only successful, but deeply meaningful.

We train the next generation of impactful consultants and mentors through two in depth tracks
What’s Shared Across Both Tracks?
Impactor Academy is a full year immersive journey combining 40 weeks of in depth learning with 8 weeks of hands on field internship. Through in person sessions, expert workshops, real world challenges, and an International Learning Week, participants develop their skills, expand their global perspective, and build a strong professional portfolio with the support of personal mentorship.
Throughout the program, each participant specializes in a practical impact area, such as organizational consulting, personal mentoring, startup support, or course design gaining real world experience with live ventures. They emerge with a strategic foundation, clear positioning, and the tools to lead, guide, and influence across diverse environments, both locally and globally.
