Our Story
The idea for Impactor Academy was born out of a gap we saw time and again in the field: there are talented, intelligent, and experienced individuals, with deep insights, rich backgrounds, and real potential to make an impact, but no clear path to help them translate that into a second career of meaning, consulting, or mentorship.

Whether it’s senior professionals ready to leave the corporate race, or young leaders looking to grow wisely in the world of action, everyone is searching for a way to create true impact, to guide others, and to lead meaningful change.
But the road isn’t always clear, and existing programs often feel too generic, outdated, or mismatched to different levels of readiness.

And so, the academy was born.

Not just another course or certificate, but a high-level professional and personal space, designed to train the next generation of consultants, mentors, and change makers in Israel.

We built a program that recognizes the unique value each participant brings, and gives them a clear and structured way to turn their knowledge, experience, and identity into a real service in the world. To do that, we brought together experts from across organizational consulting, leadership, innovation, education, and technology and created a multi layered curriculum that speaks to both senior and junior participants.

Our Faculty
The Impactor Academy team brings together deep professional experience, a human centered approach, and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of consultants and change makers.
A strategic advisor and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience working with executive teams, designing training programs, and building advanced learning systems.
Levine has served as a senior consultant to educational institutions and leading tech companies. At the academy, he leads the pedagogical and professional direction and serves as a personal mentor to selected participants.
Organizational consultant and group facilitator with extensive experience mentoring young entrepreneurs, designing learning programs, and creating experiential learning spaces.
Specializes in personal development, change processes, and professional identity formation.
Former VP of Human Resources at GlobalTech. Now an independent consultant for organizational innovation and a mentor to senior professionals.
Expert in leading change processes and preparing executives for careers in consulting and influence.
Oversees real world projects and coordinates the internship program. Helps participants turn theory into action.
Brings a background in nonprofit management and social entrepreneurship, with expertise in course and workshop design.
Throughout the year, the Academy hosts leading consultants, entrepreneurs, executives, and top professionals from across industriesת delivering in depth workshops and inspiring talks on topics such as business strategy, technological innovation, community building, personal branding, storytelling, change management, and more.
